Jonathan Daniel – CEO and Founder
Jonathan Daniel is the principal and founder of Silo Financial Corp. and affiliated companies, a fully integrated private real estate investment and commercial lending institution. Silo Financial was formed in 2001 and currently has originated and serviced over $200,000,000 of mortgage loans. Jonathan launched Silo Mortgage Opportunity Fund I, LLC in 2004 which to date has yielded over 12%+ compounded returns on investment to its investors. Prior to forming Silo Financial, Jonathan headed Commercial Loan Originations for Mercury Capital Corporation, a New York-based direct mortgage lending institution, where he was responsible for over $125,000,000 in loan originations and over $50,000,000 in loan placements.
Jonathan had previously worked as an Analyst at Newmark & Company Real Estate, Inc. (now Newmark Knight Frank), one of the largest independent, full-service real estate firms in the U.S. Jonathan's astute financial insights and well-rounded real estate skills have allowed him to develop innovative deal structures for a diverse range of commercial property owners and create long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys and with many borrowers. Jonathan is a 1994 graduate of Syracuse University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Brian Sullivan
Brian Sullivan joined Silo Financial in 2006 to co-head Silo's commercial origination desk and is responsible for over $60,000,000 in loan originations. Brian’s extensive financial background has allowed him to analyze and provide creative financing structures across a wide range of commercial real estate asset types. Prior to joining Silo, Brian was a Senior Financial Analyst for Hewlett-Packard responsible for a $2 billion Information Technology Division. Brian began his career with T.M. Capital as an analyst focusing on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Brian holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Notre Dame. |

Stephanie Evers
Stephanie Evers joined Silo Financial in 2008 to handle loan processing, loan servicing and investor relations. Prior to joining Silo Financial, Stephanie worked as a Residential Loan Officer for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She performed all aspects of the loan origination process whereby she worked closely with clients and handled all aspects of underwriting, legal compliance and loan closings. Stephanie has a strong commitment to customer service, quality control and attention to detail.

Michael Pollack
Mr. Pollack is the managing principal and co-founder of KPO Ventures, a joint family office formed by 2 families to invest in compelling alternative investment opportunities. Prior to founding KPO, in 2001 Mr. Pollack co-founded and was General Partner of Glenhill Capital, a global, multi-sector equities hedge fund which grew to over $2.5 billion in assets under his management.
Prior to co-founding Glenhill, Mr. Pollack served as an Associate and an Analyst at the private equity firms of Reservoir Capital Group and Colony Capital, respectively working directly with Thomas Barrack Jr., at the latter.
Mr. Pollack established the SCA Charitable Foundation to promote educational causes, particularly in India. Mr. Pollack graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

John Stuart
Mr. Stuart co-founded Full Circle Capital in 2005 and is primarily responsible for overall investment strategies and portfolio management. Full Circle provides capital to niche or underserved loan markets throughout North America. Prior to founding Full Circle, he was co-founder and President of Titan Outdoor Holdings, a full-service outdoor advertising company, between 1999 and 2002, and was a Director until its sale in 2005. Prior thereto, Mr. Stuart was a Managing Director in the Media and Telecommunications Group at Prudential Securities. Mr. Stuart began his career at Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. where he was a member of The Mergers and Acquisitions Group and Corporate Finance Department from 1988 to 1996.
