Jonathan Daniel – CEO and Founder
Jonathan Daniel is the principal and founder of Silo Financial Corp. and affiliated companies, a direct real estate commercial lending institution. Silo Financial was formed in 2001 and currently services a self-originated commercial loan portfolio on behalf of an internal fund and a syndicated consortium of private, family office and institutional investors. Since inception, Silo has originated and serviced over $350mm of loans. Prior to forming Silo Financial, Jonathan headed Commercial Loan Originations for Mercury Capital Corporation, a New York-based direct mortgage lending institution. Over his career, Jonathan has originated, placed and serviced in aggregate over $500mm of commercial mortgages. In 2010, Jonathan testified in front of the House Financial Services Committee regarding Alternatives for Promoting Liquidity in the Commercial Real Estate Markets, Supporting Small Businesses and Increasing Job Growth.
Jonathan’s astute financial insights and well-rounded real estate skills have allowed him to develop innovative deal structures for a diverse range of commercial property owners and create long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, attorneys and with many real estate developers and owners. Jonathan is a 1994 graduate of Syracuse University where he earned Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Mr. Daniel currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Max Cure Foundation for Pediatric Cancer Causes and Advisory Board of Max Cure Fund at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center |

Brian Sullivan
Brian Sullivan joined Silo Financial in 2006 to co-head Silo's commercial origination desk and is responsible for over $140,000,000 in loan originations. Brian’s extensive financial background has allowed him to analyze and provide creative financing structures across a wide range of commercial real estate asset types. Prior to joining Silo, Brian was a Senior Financial Analyst for Hewlett-Packard responsible for a $2 billion Information Technology Division. Brian began his career with T.M. Capital as an analyst focusing on middle-market mergers and acquisitions. Brian holds a BA in Economics from Bucknell University and an MBA in Finance from The University of Notre Dame. |

Justin Cooper
Justin Cooper joined Silo Financial in 2010 as an Analyst. Justin received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting, Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2009, where he earned a Master of Science in Finance one year later. As a summer analyst for Lubert-Adler Real Estate Funds in 2008, he gained exposure to multiple facets of commercial real estate transactions, including due diligence, pro-forma valuations, commercial redevelopment, market research and preparation of investment memoranda. |

Michael Pollack
Mr. Pollack is the managing principal and co-founder of KPO Ventures, a joint family office formed by 2 families to invest in compelling alternative investment opportunities. Prior to founding KPO, in 2001 Mr. Pollack co-founded and was General Partner of Glenhill Capital, a global, multi-sector equities hedge fund which grew to over $2.5 billion in assets under his management.
Prior to co-founding Glenhill, Mr. Pollack served as an Associate and an Analyst at the private equity firms of Reservoir Capital Group and Colony Capital, respectively working directly with Thomas Barrack Jr., at the latter.
Mr. Pollack established the SCA Charitable Foundation to promote educational causes, particularly in India. Mr. Pollack graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. |
